One-Hour Processing: One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is
"How long should a Web conference be?" It is important to remember
that most people can only sit patiently at their desk for 45 to 60 minutes.
In addition, make sure to create and stay focused on following an agenda. A leader controls the direction of the meeting
and keeps everyone focused on the agenda, time is well spent.
After reviewing hundreds of Web conferences, we have determined the most common and successful Web conference agenda. We listed it
for your review on the right.

What do you want to accomplish? Always have specific,
clear goals and objectives whenever you organize a meeting.
Have a plan of action, brainstorm a
long-standing problem, educate or inform.
We highly recommend to prepare your meeting BEFORE
the web or audioconference so that all the
participants will be clear on the purpose of it and it won't become a big waste of time.

Begin with the End in Mind: Web conferencing is not an objective in itself; it is a tactic to achieve strategic objectives. Start with your objectives first,
then build your Web conference program around those objectives.
For example, if you are conducting a Web conference to generate sales leads, go first to your sales team. Ask them what they need in terms of the target audience, qualification processes, and key information to garner from attendees during the Web seminar program. In this case, your objective is to hand the sales team a report with the desired quantity and quality of leads, and, most importantly, the right information for the sales person to act on.
That’s where the journey both begins and ends.

If you schedule too early in the morning, you risk lateness due to traffic. Too close to lunch and they're thinking of food. Too close to the end of day and they're thinking of going home. Find that right time, normally in mid-morning/afternoons.
If your audience is nationwide, we suggest you set up two dates and two different times to accommodate all time zones.
This consideration can significantly increase your program’s attendance.
At the end of any meeting, it's best to schedule the follow up meeting.
